    Perfect

Location is perfect and personnel is helpful. Booked queen room with central heating, a safe and a writing table. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Moreover, we could park our car onsite.

Large rooms, private parking. We appreciated to chill in the nearby victor social club. Free bus was offered too. Great way to end our vacation.

    Nice

Breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasant, especially in the restaurant. There is a trolley stop at the hotel. Lovely atrium, with large fountain and comfy seating (breakfast served here as well). Walking distance to shops and eateries. Loved the history of the building.

During rain storm, water began leaking through sprinkler system and through ceiling at corner of room during the night- and we were on the 3rd floor! Front desk did comp this night and moved us to another room the next day. Another day, housekeeping completely skipped our room. Front desk sent someone up to at least deliver new towels.

    Nice

Suite was clean and comfortable; breakfast was great.

Price was extremely high, staff was not friendly, key cards issued upon check-in didn't work, some late-night noise from suite above. Was promised receipt by email upon checkout, had to call next day and prompt staff to send it.

    Very good

Beds very comfortable, staff very considerate and helpful

Rooms were small needing refurbishing. You couldn't fit a night stand on both sides of the bed. Carpets were frayed, bathrooms very small. Just not like other Ebassy Suites.

    Great

    Staff was nice and helpful

Some of the items on the breakfast bar were cold. Eggs were cold, grits lumpy(cold), bacon was good. Pancakes on the second day were cold. Fruit was excellent. We were approached by someone pandering on the outside of the hotel on our way to our car.

Every traveler needs to know that this hotel has a HUGE construction project going on right next to it that creates a great deal of noise. There in no sleeping past 7:00am.

    Not the best

Very noisy hotel doors slamming. Building work next door. Electric socket almost off walk. Breakfast had to be taken in atrium with less choice than restaurant We had stayed at Embassy in Savannah much nicer

    Very good

Staff at breakfast efficient and friendly. Impressed hotel chain would renovate a hotel from Citadel. Beautiful. Great location. Good breakfast and loved happy hour.

Room not cleaned until 4pm. - as we were coming back to get ready for the evening. . Disappointing. Not enough staff - no one at concierge desk. Work out room small with old equipment.

    Nice

Loved the use of the old citadel, the staff was outstanding. The breakfast and cocktail hour also nice.

When you go to an embassy suites and pay as much as we did, you expect more from the brand in terms of room condition and furniture. It was clear, furniture had not been replaced when broken, the upholstery was very old and in bad shape, wall paper coming off the walls, carpet torn or not attached in places.
